Danielle O’Callaghan is an Athletic Therapist who received her Advanced Athletic Therapy certificate at Mount Royal University. Danielle also attended the University of Alberta and has her Bachelor in Physical Education, and is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology.

During her studies at the University of Alberta, she worked with the Bears football team and Pandas volleyball team. After completing Athletic Therapy in Calgary, Danielle came back to Edmonton and worked with the Bears football team for another 2 seasons. Danielle has worked with other sports teams, outside the University, including youth soccer, men’s hockey, and high school rugby.

In addition to working at Evolve, Danielle is also currently working with a youth soccer team in Edmonton, and the Stony Plain Eagles hockey team.

Danielle grew up playing a variety of sports from softball and basketball, to volleyball and swimming. It was through her love of sport that she went into Athletic Therapy. She loves being on the sidelines and dealing with the injuries as they happen, and proceeding to help the athlete out with their rehab after. She loves to treat all active individuals, from elite athletes to the recreational athlete. Danielle’s goal is to get the client back to playing as soon as she can in a safe and effective manner using manual therapy and exercise.

All sessions with Danielle are one on one and are booked for an hour in length.
