I believe that everyone can benefit from fitness training, whether it is me encouraging you to reach for that next step, or if it its a matter of general motivation, I'm here to help. I have learned that if you have a good foundation and a solid technique there is no limit in what you can achieve. I have a unique background with an arrangement of sports and activities that I like to do including hockey, wall climbing, snowboarding and wake boarding to name a few. I have a particular interest in Olympic weightlifting as it is in my opinion that Olympic lifters are some of the strongest athletes in the world, so naturally I train myself like that.

If you believe in your heart and stand by the decisions you make, nothing can stand in the way of reaching your goals. I grew up in the gym since I was 15 years old and I have gained invaluable knowledge, observing what works and what doesn't work in terms of people's individual goals and motivation towards self improvement.


I am committed to my clients 100%, stopping at nothing to help my clients reach their full potential. Hard work and dedication are the keys to success when it comes to life in general. Setting a goal is a chance for you to prove to yourself that you can do anything you put your mind to and together we can smash through those goals and continue to set new ones..
