Jen Loveless BSc, RD

Hi, I’m Jen Loveless, a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Alberta. In 2014, I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science, majoring in Nutrition. Since then, I’ve enjoyed working in many areas of nutrition, including weight management, food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, and disease prevention and management.


Helping my clients discover the benefits of proper nutrition is what I love most about being a dietitian. Nutrition can be a powerful tool for optimizing health and wellness. It can increase your energy levels, improve focus, and enhance your physical performance. I believe all foods can be part of a healthy diet and that healthy living must be enjoyable to be sustainable. For a nutrition plan to be successful, it must be personalized to fit with your unique lifestyle and needs. When it comes to nutrition, one size does not fit all!


Using evidence-based strategies, I can help you implement effective, practical, and sustainable dietary changes to achieve your desired results.
