I have been in the fitness industry for half a decade, but have always been involved to some degree in athletics. Gymnastics in my teens really helped pave the way for developing core strength, and coordination. The standard "Bodybuilding" regime was how I got into weight training. Eventually I wanted something more difficult since I got bored of it easily, so I got a coach and began training in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and more Gymnastics. After having this positive experience, I decided that I wanted to pay it forward and be a positive influence and inspiration to others, like my coach was to me.
I'm a strong believer that what you do in the gym should have a direct impact on your life. Wether it's lifting heavier weights to make yard work easier, or increasing your cardiovascular endurance to be able to keep up with your kids, self-improvement should be a lifetime journey. Not just working out for a bit then thinking it's enough. It's never enough. You can always be a better version of you. Everyday we should strive to become better.
I'm interested in helping people of all shapes and sizes, with experience or no experience. With all the help I can give people one thing stays consistent, communication. Communication is the key to creating a successful training program between client and trainer/coach. Knowing where we are mentally and physically everyday can help us get the results you want in the shortest time possible. If the program is to tough or easy, say something it will be adjusted immediately. You're scared to try something new, speak up and I will guide you through the movement step by step to make you more comfortable with it. Training with a coach/trainer is a two way street.
