We will be having a nutrition seminar hosted by Registered Dietitian Leah Allan. Nutrition is one of the most important aspects of training and also one of the hardest dimensions to control, having Leah touch on the importance of nutrition will give all attendees a stronger base of knowledge to help them in developing the right eating habits for training.
