I have always been an active person.  Growing up on a farm in Kelowna B.C., and having 6 brothers and sisters – we were always on the go, and there was always work to be done!  I became heavily involved with sports at a young age.  I started with dance, and soccer, then added basketball and field hockey.  

I learned at a young age how important it was to keep the body moving and stay active, but it wasn’t until I had double knee surgery in 2007 I really became curious about how the body actually works.  After my surgery I decided that I wanted to be in the fitness industry and help people achieve their goals and feel great about themselves

In 2011 I received my Personal Training Certificate, then quickly followed that by Group Fitness Specialist through CanFit Pro Canada.  After that I developed a passion for kickboxing as well, so in 2012 I received my Kickboxing Level 1 & 2 through Fitness Kickboxing Canada.

Life is busy, and as a mom, wife, and business owner – I know it can be hard to stay healthy and active.  I know it can be intimidating to step foot into a gym, or join a class, but I am here to help you with your fitness journey and bring fitness into your everyday life.

In my spare time you will find me training myself!  I love to do adventure runs, mud runs, obstacle course races and anything that will give me a challenge!  I love to continue to push myself and see what I am capable of!

I offer bootcamps, ladies only kickboxing, group classes, small group training, and 1 on 1 personal training sessions.
