What classes do you offer?

At Royal Oak we have a variety of tenants that teach top of the line fitness classes. We have a team of expert coaches for a variety of workouts, like Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness, and of course our personal training if you want a one-on-one experience.

What kind of experience do I need to work with a Personal Trainer?

The short answer is, none! Our personal trainers have a one-on-one consult with you to discuss your current fitness level, as well as your goals to ensure they create a program tailored to you!

What kind of amenities are offered at at Royal Oak?
